A salad recipe using sprouts.I have used sprouted moong dal in this sala recipe so i have named it as Sprouted moong dal salad. It is a colorful and a nutritious dish. Moong dal is good source of protein and calcium. It goes well with cucumbers too. If cucumber is available add it too.
Tomatoes-2 chopped
Coriander-1tbsp.
Green chilly-1
Lemon juice-2tsp.
Sugar-1tsp.
Cabbage- ¾ chopped
Carrot- ¼ cup grated
Onion-1 chopped
Salt
• Add above remaining ingredients in a bowl.
• Add dal to the bowl.
• Mix well.
• Serve it cold.

How to make moong dal sprouted:
Soak dal for 10-12 hrs.salad recipe:
• Steam sprouted dal for 5 minutes.• Add above remaining ingredients in a bowl.
• Add dal to the bowl.
• Mix well.
• Serve it cold.
